Coated with “Proglider” a multi-layer, non-stick, ceramic material that is absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA, CADMIUM & LEAD making it healthy and eco-friendly. You can enjoy all the benefits of healthy cooking without compromising the features of a non-stick cookware. The Proglider nanoceramic surface is even safe to use with metal utensils; caution is advised. Dorsch Products confront with European standards and are certified by TUV for passing the German LFGB food safety test.
No rivets mean no crud nor bacteria inside your pan. Have you looked inside a pan with rivetted handle? Do you know how many unseen bacteria lay under it? Dorsch handles are screwed to the diecast metal body without any rivets which enables to cleanly scrape the inside of the pan.
Dorsch Lifetime frypans are made of diecast aluminum body and a Bakelite handle. Diecast is the process of melting aluminum metal and pouring it into a shaping mold. This process allows shaping the product with a non-uniform thickness, thicker at the bottom and thinner at the sides, this will insure evenly thermal distribution and less heat is needed. Diecast aluminum is as tough and durable as cast iron but with the lightweight advantage.
Never worry about cleaning again, just plan your meals and never sweat about washing. Fats and food residues will glide over the ceramic surface without any scrubbing.

Use & Care

• Cook on medium to low heat, use only little oil or butter, and avoid using virgin olive oil for frying to preserve the nonstick surface. You can use metal utensils gently; wood or plastic utensils are more recommended.

• Please do not use metal abrasives, instead use soapy water and a soft sponge to clean by hand, products are dishwasher safe but not recommended, to avoid discoloring of the aluminum bottom.
